Richard Phamdo
Chief Executive Officer Founder, CEO: Richard Phamdo leads company strategy and product direction at Voltaic Marine. He brings deep experience in EV, AI, and autonomous systems from automotive and technology programs supporting global vehicle manufacturers. He founded Voltaic Marine to bring advanced automotive and autonomy technology to the maritime industry.
Cody Covey
Chief Operating Officer
Co-Founder, full-time COO: Cody Covey leads operations and go-to-market at Voltaic Marine. He brings 15 years of leadership across technology and semiconductors, most recently at Intel. He led global sales and marketing teams responsible for more than $650M in annual revenue and strong outperformance against plan. He has also led relationships with large-scale automotive contract manufacturing partners. He now applies this experience to scaling Voltaic operations, partnerships, and commercial execution.
Jonathan Yin
Chief Procurement Officer
Co-Founder, full-time CPO: Jonathan Yin leads supply chain and procurement at Voltaic Marine. He brings more than a decade of experience across semiconductor, EV, and autonomous vehicle companies, with a background in sourcing PCBA, electrical systems, custom silicon, and complex hardware across multiple vehicle platforms. He now applies this experience to Voltaic’s supply chain strategy and manufacturing partnerships.
Will Stewart
Chief Technology Officer
Co-Founder, full-time CTO: Will Stewart leads engineering and platform development at Voltaic Marine. He brings 15 years of experience across aluminum manufacturing, industrial power systems, and advanced computing. His background spans aerospace-grade aluminum processes, large-scale energy systems, and bringing advanced hardware platforms to market. He applies a hands-on engineering approach to the development of Voltaic’s electric aluminum boat platforms.
